Proper Guidance. The contractor you choose should be able to guide you through the entire process.
Make Sure They're Licensed. This will provide you with protection by the Minnesota Department of Commerce's licensing division. Learn more at the Department's website.
Plan for the Future. You will see more hail rain down. The repairs should not only be made immediately, but you'll need to protect your home from further damage, per most insurance companies policies.
Don't Delay! Have repairs made ASAP, as procrastinating could have adverse effects on your claim status.

We have worked on many homes that have suffered hail damage, and we've focused many years of study and thought into this service designed to make the experience of repairing your hail damage a good one.
This site and service are focused solely on providing homeowners with information and services to repair hail damage. We realize that Integrity Exteriors & Remodelers Inc. may gain business from local homeowners as a result of this information. We will, of course, welcome such business, but we can only handle our fair share of work, and we're simply glad to pass along our experience so that you may avoid other's mistakes.
Several years ago, we were in the middle of a busy year for our company. While some of the eastern Twin Cities suffered damage from the May 1, 2001 storm, the city of River Falls WI was severely affected. There were hail stones that measured up to 4" in diameter, and most of the homes in and around the city were damaged to some extent. We had, in prior years, worked for homeowners in River Falls, so we were instantly busy. That year, we contracted with approximately 125 homeowners, a full workload for our small company.
Over the course of the year's work, we were often made aware of homeowners and their bad experiences. Many of our customers found us just as they were "at their wits end," having been frustrated with either insurance adjusters or contractors. There were a number of good contractors and good insurance adjusters; however, there were also many "shady" contractors and adjusters, as is common with a large storm. Another problem homeowners faced was working with contractors who were skilled in the building trade, but lacked experience with hail damage and the expertise associated with working with insurance companies. As a result, there were a lot of unsatisfied homeowners in the city of River Falls, and many more missed out on benefits they didn't know were missing. We desired to find a way to broaden our services to homeowners beyond what our small company's workload could bear. We could handle only 100-150 homes a year, yet there were thousands of homes in need of repair by good, knowledgeable contractors.
HailHelp.com provides all a homeowner will need to have a good experience repairing hail damage. Our research is ongoing and has input from many contractors; homeowners; insurance adjusters and agents; state and local agencies; and related business professionals (building suppliers, contractor referral services, etc). No two homes, homeowners, insurance adjusters, contractors, or hail storms are alike. As a result, a great deal of experience and information must be applied in order to get the most for your home after it's been damaged. We have found it is not enough to simply refer you to a "good contractor," nor is it enough to just lay every detail of our experiences on a website or a packet. We have combined these things along with a "checks and balances" system that assures you and your home won't "fall between the cracks."
Your home is a huge investment, likely your largest. A new, attractive exterior can literally add tens of thousands of dollars to the value of your home. We understand the serious consequences of recognizing and then repairing your hail damage, and we want to help you. Our services should be utilized by EVERY homeowner that has or may have hail damage. The only exception should be for the small percentile of the population that can call themselves exterior contractors, experienced with hail damage claims.
